Everyone needs a good way to rebel

Who wants to follow the rules all the time? I, for one, like to drive the wrong way in parking lots though I'm not fond of truly dangerous behavior. Not at all. But there's a little voice that says, "What if I don't do what the books says? What if I don't water the Siberian iris? What if I try the lilac in part-shade." Minor rebellions, true. But educational.
